Verified reviews

Only customers who completed a checked-in booking can review. Salons can reply and report, but never delete. Suspicious patterns, like staff reviewing their own salon, are held back until a moderator checks them.

Secure payments

Payments run on SSLCommerz. Every payment is verified with the gateway before a booking is confirmed. Card details never reach our servers.

Refund promise

The cancellation policy is shown before you pay and locked into your booking. If the salon cancels, you get a full refund automatically.

Verified salons

Salons upload a trade licence and the owner's NID before they can take online payments.

Your privacy

One phone number is one account. Salons only see customers who booked with them, and staff see masked phone numbers. We never sell personal data, and advertisers only get anonymous totals.
