Questions
Do I need an account to book?+
No. Enter your name and mobile number, confirm the code we text you, and you're done. The same number becomes your account for every salon.
How much do I pay online?+
Each salon sets an advance, usually 50%. You pay the rest at the salon in cash, bKash or card.
What if I need to cancel?+
Every salon shows its cancellation policy before you pay. Cancel within 10 minutes of booking for a full refund. If the salon cancels, you always get everything back.
Are the reviews real?+
Yes. Only customers who completed a booking can leave a review, and salons can't delete them.
