Questions from owners
Do I need a trade licence?
You can publish right away and take pay-at-salon bookings. To take online advances, upload your trade licence and NID; we check them within 48 hours.
Can my staff move to another salon?
Yes, with their consent and your release. Their personal rating goes with them, but your customers and records stay with you.
Can I change the web address later?
The address is fixed once published, so your customers' links never break. Contact support if there is a strong reason to change it.
Will ads appear on my website?
Only small, clearly labelled ads, never during booking, and you earn a share. Paid plans can hide them.
