SaloonTracker runs a marketplace where customers find and book salons, and gives salons tools to run their business. The salon, not SaloonTracker, provides the service you book.
2. Your account
One mobile number can have only one account. Keep your password and codes private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book, you agree to the price, advance and cancellation policy shown before payment. Advances are processed by SSLCommerz. The remaining amount is paid at the salon.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Refunds follow the salon's policy shown at booking. If you don't arrive within the salon's grace time, the booking can be marked as a no-show and the advance may be kept by the salon.
5. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about your own visit. We remove abuse, personal information and fake reviews.
6. Salons
Salons must give accurate prices, honour confirmed bookings, and keep their verification documents current. Subscription fees and platform fees are shown in the dashboard.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by SMS or email before they apply.
