Your name, mobile number, optional email, bookings, payments and reviews. If you allow it, your approximate location to show nearby salons; we do not store your exact location.
How we use it
To run your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and improve the service.
Who sees it
A salon sees your name, number and booking history only for bookings with that salon. Stylists see a masked number. Payment partners receive what they need to process payments. We never sell personal data.
Marketing
Offers are sent only if you agree, and you can turn them off at any time in Notifications.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data. Deleting your account removes personal details; payment records are kept as the law requires.
