Pricing questions
What is the fee on online advances?
When a customer pays an advance online, a small percentage covers payment processing and the platform. Cash you take at the salon has no fee.
When do I get my money?
Advances reach you after the service is done (or the customer doesn't come). Payouts go weekly to your bKash, Nagad or bank account.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan, or stay on Free. Nothing is deleted. If you go above Free limits, extra staff become read-only until you upgrade.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no contract. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
